Who We Are

“ The Team ”

Dennis – Founder & President

Dennis is a retired combat veteran of the Navy and Marine Corp. He did most of his duties in the Military overseas and when he was in the states, he was a combat instructor and a water / land survival instructor.

With that kind of service, he got out with a very high disability rating. Through his years of service, he learned and understood how the body responds to rehabilitation and was able to rehab himself back to great health. His passion has been to teach and help the general public of his fitness techniques to get America healthy again.

His dedication to our heroes and his passion to see that they are given every opportunity to be successful in the civilian world, led him to create Be-Fit-Wellness as a means for all of us to benefit from our veterans leading the way.

Amy - Director of Operations

Amy is a figure fitness competitor, winning her pro card during the Arnold Classic in 2007. After owning and operating numerous gyms in the area, she is actively sought out for her knowledge and expertise.

She is one of the top trainers in the U.S. and her dedication to getting America on its feet and fit is second to none. She feels that it is all of our duties as a nation to support and assist our hero veterans during their transition back into civilian life

What better way to say thank you to our troops than to allow them to help America get off the couch and get healthy. We owe it to our vets to be a nation of lean, healthy civilians that would want to give back what our heroes sacrificed so much for. It is our duty to honor and support them in any way we can.
